Product information
For purchases utilising MOE grant, please click on new students (hyperlink to “new students” page) and select the desired uniform bundle you wish to purchase. All MOE grants are only applicable once and should be taken as a full bundle. Should the school choose to take it in parts, it will be considered as claimed in full
All proficiency badge orders need to be attached with the guiding light badge report for verification purposes. Girl Guides Singapore reserves the right to refuse the sale of badges in the absence of the reports.

Ordering
All orders made are based on pre-order basis and subject to availability. All orders will be processed in 5-10 working days and delivered on the same basis. Deliveries and collections are made every Thursday of the week.
All amendments and cancellations to original orders must be emailed to shop@girlguides.org.sg the same week your order is made.
All delivery must be acknowledged within a week of delivery. If we do not hear from you within the week, we will assume that the delivery is completed and accurate. Drop us a message here and include your order reference number from the date of delivery for any incorrect orders. Our customer care team will revert as soon as possible on the next course of action.

Terms of payment
For Payments post-delivery (IFAAS), it shall be paid in full within 30 days from the date of invoice. If the customer fails to pay the full amount, Girl Guides Singapore reserves the right to seek legal action against the concerned party involved.
