Cancellations and Refunds/Exchanges

We do not have a policy for cancellations and refunds, these are subject to management approval on a case to case basis and refunds will be in the form of a credit note. As we work to ensure the quality of our products, we understand there may be situations where an exchange may be required which may include the following:

  1. Damaged or faulty product
  2. Wrong Size
  3. Wrong item received
  4. Others (transferred, drop outs)

Exchanges must be made at the Girl Guides Shop within 2 weeks of purchase together with original receipt. Items must be unused and unaltered i.e., not washed or altered. Kindly note that exchanges can only be done for the same item but in different sizes. Girl Guides Singapore reserves the right to refuse exchanges at our own discretion.
